I didn’t get what I ordered!

If your delivery arrives and you find that it contains something different from what you ordered (whether there is something missing, in a different colour, or faulty) you should contact us immediately via email at with proof of purchase. We will be more than happy to help resolve your issue.


Can I return an online purchase?

Yes! If you’ve just changed your mind, you are within your rights to return an item bought online with us within 14 days of receipt. Proof of purchase will be required. 


Can I get a refund for faulty items?

You are also within your rights to demand a refund for any goods that are faulty or not as described. This refund will include any delivery costs however, this does not include next day delivery or any other service that is more expensive than the websites standard delivery fee. We don’t insist that you return a faulty item in its original packaging, but be aware that you should return the item within 30 days to be eligible for a full refund. A refund request can also be rejected if you have tried to repair a faulty item yourself. The refund rules still apply for sale items, but may not apply to any items advertised as faulty to begin with or any B stock/second hand items that the website may have advertised. Proof of purchase will be required.
